Patch Notes for the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are located on this page in order of newest Patches to oldest. Additional fixes to the Hearts of Stone expansion are also included, as well as some other miscellaneous fixes to bugs and glitches that had popped up. The full minutiae for those changes can be found here. As some of you may know, we are finishing up work on our next big patch, Patch 1. We hope you understand our decision.

Also, item comparison is easier than ever given addition of summary of changes in stats. Improves Inventory navigation when using gamepad. Slots are divided into sections and right stick can be used to jump between them. Improves Crafting panel in merchant shops. Adds option to purchase missing diagram components directly from Crafting panel when talking to merchant, as well as clearer descriptions and option to resize item descriptions. Introduces redesign of Repair panel in merchant shops.

Adds single button enabling players to repair all equipped items.

Fixes issue whereby NPCs in background would occasionally disappear when dialogue choices were displayed. Fixes rare issue whereby attacks performed near friendly NPCs resulted in unintended regeneration of Stamina. Fixes issue whereby Keira Metz's wraith during quest titled Wandering in the Dark dealt damage not commensurate with level classification. Fixes progression break that could occur if player was knocked out by guards while following Baron during quest titled Family Matters. Fixes a number of issues related to Vitality regeneration.
